CANCELATION POLICY:
24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice: If you need to cancel/reschedule your training, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
How to Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your session, please text or call, or in the club during normal club business hours. Cancellations can be made directly to me.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour period due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle these cases on an individual basis, striving to accommodate your needs while considering the fairness to other clients and our staff.
