Total Body Tone: Achieve full-body fitness with our Sunday morning classes from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM, perfect for toning and improving overall body strength.
Strength & H.I.I.T Club: Kick off your weekend with our Strength and Conditioning classes every Saturday morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. These sessions combine traditional and functional strength training to challenge your body at every level.
Sit & Fit Zoom Classes: Starting October 2024, join our Sit & Fit class via Zoom, designed for those seeking a low-impact exercise routine. This class enhances muscular strength, flexibility, and supports daily activities, accommodating all fitness levels with options for seated and standing support. Classes run twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM, offering a 10-week package for just $150.
Drop-ins are always welcome at $25 per class!
